Consultations are given each time on your dogs health, conditions & needs. With your first appointment a consultation card is filled in by yourselves so a full record of heath and special needs are kept on file. All records are kept confidential.

We are a Mother and Daughter team with myself having over 40 years experience of dogs and my daughter is qualified in small animal care. We have been established 6 yrs.

Wherever possible I like to use a Settee not a cage for the dogs while they wait. It helps with the calm relaxed atmosphere!

I do not have a flashy web site that you might find on other groomers web page but it doesn't mean I am any different!!
I would rather spend money on the best products on the market. I also may not be the cheapest groomer in the town but your dog will get the best service and top quality finish to their coat.

Please call for a quote for your dog I can give you a start from and a end price. I will not be ringing you up halfway through the service to tell you your dog will cost you more!!!
If I under quote the work then that's down to me, my loss not yours.

We work 3 full days a week that are flexible from week to week. At least 2 full Saturdays a Month. These get booked up well in advance so please book early.

As I am part of another company all my prices inc V.A.T. so you if you require to claim your V.A.T. back for working animals please ask.
